SEO Executive

Position : Search Engine Optimization Team leaders – Mid Level
Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Reports to : Manager
Job Responsibilities
Create and implement strategy for on-page and off-page search engine optimization Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on structure of website (elements, URLs, metadata etc)
Implement link building campaigns & Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for targeted content in coordination with SEO goals Understanding Google’s latest algorithms and optimizing the website accordingly Competitive analysis & basic knowledge of HTML,CSS Administer search engine tools (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting and analysis Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate increasing time on the page or improving conversion
Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities Effectively use search engine tools like Advanced web ranking, SEMRush, etc. to identify and resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and make recommendations for updates and improvements to the website Report on SEO progress and performance to stakeholders, including the development and presentation of detailed reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Collaborate with marketing & development teams 3 – 5 years of experience in planning & implementing SEO Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Hands on experience in SEO Tools like Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Google keyword Planner, Keyword tool.io Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO Should have implemented latest SEO strategies to increase website ranking. Ability to analyze competitor strategies for SEO (link building, content, social media etc.) and recommend changes in our strategy
Able to manage team effectively

PPC Team Lead
We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) team leader with great experience in leading team of highly experienced PPC accounts manager. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of Google ads, Meta ads, Bing ads and analytics tools. Your goal will be to ensure team’s paid marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)
Responsibilities
Leading team of PPC accounts manager
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing) Monitor budget and help team to revise strategy accordingly
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues Produce reports for management (e.g. Google Data Studio) Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends Co-ordinate with client for strategy building and account updates.
Requirements and Skills
At least 3+ years of experience in leading team of PPC accounts manager
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, Amazon Ads) is preferred Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
